This is Mel Martinez. He's a senator or so Time says... I was flipping through looking for a face to try drawing and his was the largest and most interesting.

So I started drawing Mel and didn't really like the idea of a cigar... I replaced it with a crappy looking noice maker just because. Then I noticed it looked pretty funny with that thing hanging out of his mouth when he had such a serious face. I added confetti and called him "The Serious Partier". I have no idea if Mal Martinez likes to party.
